Big Easy state of mind...

Wouldn't you know as soon as I finally pick a Vera Bradley print, the Summer 2011 collection, has come out and Vera Bradley is in a Big Easy state of mind with four GORGE-ous prints.

Monday after time off...

...is no bueno.  That is a fact.  Oh, well hopefully I can get back into the groove of things.  I really enjoyed some time off....it really made me miss school and breaks.  But any-whoo I missed updating the blog for St. Patrick's Day...sooo....

last Thursday's song of the week would have totally been Shipping up to Boston.  I always think of the movie The Departed (which I love)...seriously the ending....say what????  And also, if you get this as a ring tone which I did...fyi....it is really loud....but really awesome.

As for me on St. Patrick's Day...I ended up seeing Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance in 3D  don't be jealous!! : )

An Office Baby!!

On Friday, we had an office baby shower for the one and only Ms. S!! : ) 

If you are having a baby anytime soon...you are lucky as there is some cute stuff out there, and not just cute, but SUPER cute! 

I am sooo excited for you, Ms. S, I hope you enjoyed your baby shower and I can't wait to meet baby Cameron.

Today, my favorite thing is these TOMS shoes that my lovely sister got me for Christmas.

What I have discovered about Toms shoes is that they are so, so comfortable and FUN!  

Also, with each purchase of a Toms they will in turn give a new pair of shoes to a child in need.  Pretty cool.

California dreaming...

Another week has come and gone.  Pretty good week with great weather, catching up with Ms. S, and trying out a new favorite restaurant, BJ's.  Seriously didn't know what to expect, but it was delish! I've also learned instead of being a night owl and actually going to bed a little bit earlier than normal, has made all the difference for me this week.  Who knew????

This weekend will include some baby shopping for my lovely co-worker,  hopefully going back to the oh-so-yummy new restaurant, and fingers crossed a movie.

Wow!  Today is already March 1st!!  2011 - please slow down a bit. This month is shaping up to be a great month with St. Patrick's Day, the Rodeo, and Spring Break.....good times!

Yesterday it was summer weather and this morning it's pull out the jacket weather.  But that's okay...I'm not quite ready for the 100+ weather but I am ready for Spring weather and this dress is just perfect for the weather and the season.
