I will be Julia Child this weekend...

Saturday is cooking class day!! 

Woo-hoo...booked two months in advance, three of us, will for five hours, as the website say's:  be cooking with authentic Italian ingredients; learning traditional Italian cooking techniques; preparing perfect pasta from scratch; making a simple sauce; sautéing veal and spinach; making a pan sauce; creating an artful salad with multiple flavor components; preparing one of the most beloved desserts of Italy.

We should do just fine as "“There is no love sincerer than the love of food.”

Three years today - wow - what an experience it has been.  I know your mommy is soooo in love with you and you bring her so much happiness.

You two are quite a pair and I couldn't imagine life without Bella in the family.
