Saturday is cooking class day!!
Woo-hoo...booked two months in advance, three of us, will for five hours, as the website say's: be cooking with authentic Italian ingredients; learning traditional Italian cooking techniques; preparing perfect pasta from scratch; making a simple sauce; sautéing veal and spinach; making a pan sauce; creating an artful salad with multiple flavor components; preparing one of the most beloved desserts of Italy.
We should do just fine as "“There is no love sincerer than the love of food.”

Wow that sounds like a lot of fun. Especially the hint about making the dessert, (Tiramisu)? Take notes and then teach me some of those cooking techniques. Have fun and a great day.
