My own "summer" in January

Yes, you did read that right.  Today I had my very own "summer" lunch.  Thanks dad.  You know the hamburger, potatoe chips, baked beans.  It was yummy : )

Red velvet anybody????

And speaking of red velvet I have to give big kudos to my sister to introducing me to the red velvet cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory.  It is divine. Divine I say. If you haven't tried it, I think you probably should.
