sooo....starting this week, I am going to get healthy.  Yep, I am.

Why not start last week, the first week of a brand new year?   Well, baby steps, I don't want to shock my little world too much. 

  Just getting through the first week back at work from a long break was in itself a victory. 

But starting this week - bring on the salads, smoothies, and gym.

I was fortunate enough to meet a life-long friend in Mimi!!!  : ) 

 We met in college and since then, have made many memories that I treasure.

Mimi, you are such a good, always thoughtful and endlessly kind person and friend.  I know you have such incredibly awesome things ahead in your life!

I started watching this show because my mom started watching it.  We usually have the same taste in things, however, I really didn't want to start another series....but I am soooo glad we did! 

I love this show and this past holiday they had a marathon ( I love marathons).   This show is really, really good.

And....it's been renewed....even better!
